1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

3. Exchanges

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
